house with 240m2, 5 suites, and 4 suites with double bed (1 super king size bed, 1 king size bed and 2 double beds with 160 cm) and 1 suite with 4 single beds, ante room on the first floor, all rooms with split air conditioning, electric shower, living room with tv and digital antenna, terrace with 80 m2 nascent with view of the ocean and facing the river, with caiçara and swimming pool with children, adult, waterfall and fountain. The house has 13 beds and we have 3 more single mattresses. We thus received a maximum of 16 people between adults and children

A pior casa que já alugamos

Já alugamos diversas casas via aplicativo, seja na cidade, na praia ,no Brasil ou no exterior. Mas, sem dúvidas essa foi a pior. Por que? A casa tinha tudo para nos proporcionar férias ótimas. A estrutura e a decoração são charmosas, porém o estado de conservação é absolutamente precário. Ia de paredes sujas a buracos no telhado coisas que fomos descobrindo ao longo do tempo. Mas, o pior de tudo foi a mais básica das necessidades - A ÁGUA. No início sentimos o cheiro de mangue, sabemos que em regiões de praia, muitas vezes a água apresenta um certo cheiro. Desta vez era um pouco mais forte, mas, estávamos na beira do mangue… Com o passar dos dias foi ficando mais forte, até que percebemos que as roupas estavam ficando sujas com uma coloração laranja. Achamos que vinha dos móveis de madeira. No última noite fomos brindados por uma água que saia preta da torneira com um fedor imenso. Só aí percebemos o que realmente estava acontecendo. Um pesadelo. Simplesmente insalubre.
