Hoje em dia estamos todos com pressa e pouco tempo, né? Mesmo de férias a gente está sempre procurando aproveitar ao máximo o tempo, e o pessoal do Malia resolveu tudo muito rápido e prático para nós. Sem burocracias. O quarto estava tudo muito organizado, limpo e funcionando tudo. Queremos muito voltar no Carnaval.

No es un hotel. Es un condiminio con apartamentos explotedos por diferentes metodos. Las instalaciones son nuevas y magnificas, pero la atención del personal y el restaurante es penosa.

Tive problema com checkin pois não foi possivel achar a minha reserva, o que demorou cerca de uma hora para resolver. Acabei ficando em um apt creio que diferente do que reservei pois no anuncio tinha que era um quarto e o que fiquei tinha dois quartos. A acomodação foi excelente, o apt completo, muito confortavel, supriu todas as nossas necessidades. Em relação ao resort, muito bom tambem, iremos retornar com certeza.

O lugar é novo, agradável, o quarto confortável, mas o atendimento é muito ruim e o café da manhã deixou a desejar. O estilo de atendimento que eles adotaram não funciona. Tudo que você precisa tem que falar por mensagem com a governança e não há atendimento. Se for algo urgente, esquece. Café sem muitas opções e forma-se uma fila bem grande pois só há um buffet e ainda sem acesso pelas duas laterais, fica somente um lado para servir. Como é um hotel novo, espero que ajustem as falhas. Outra coisa muito chata e desagradável é a internet só funcionar no quarto, não funciona na área de lazer, nem na recepção e nem no restaurante, acho isso muito negativo,

Quarto bom, limpeza diária, funcionários do hotel prestativos, café da manhã básico, porém o ambiente e espaço para comer muito pequeno para quantidade de hóspedes. Nota 1 para o restaurante, comida fraca, sem sabor, pouca guarnição, DEMORA TANTO, MAS DEMORA TANTO que parece uma piada ruim. Os garçons estão cansados e a cozinha parou no tempo. Após checkout não podemos ficar na piscina ( o que acontece em 99% dos lugares) Não voltaria pra depender do restaurante.
