Step inside and Maltings Lodge immediately feels warm, welcoming and thoughtfully arranged for relaxed countryside living. Entering via the back door, the light filled kitchen opens onto the walled south facing patio through large glass doors, creating an easy flow for slow breakfasts and sunny mornings. A separate formal dining room with seating for six is ideal for celebratory meals, while the spacious sitting room with reclining sofas, open fire and television invites you to curl up and enjoy a quiet evening. A ground floor wet room adds convenience. Upstairs, the property sleeps up to five guests across three well appointed bedrooms. The principal bedroom features a 6' super-king size bed and en suite shower room, the second offers a versatile 6' super-king size bed that can be arranged as 3' twin single beds on request, and the third provides a comfortable 3' single bed.
