The gentleman at check-in was genuinely kind, helpful, and accommodating. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. I was especially pleased with how secure the building was - there were cameras covering the entire parking lot and entrance/exit doors required keycard access. I didn't use any of the public facilities (gym etc) but they too were clean and secure. They required a $50 non-refundable deposit for pets but that wasn't surprising - the low room rate kept the price reasonable. DirecTV in the room was a nice bonus as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Horrible. Rude front desk. No ice. He handed us two empty ice trays. No nothing in kitchen part, not even a coffee pot. Asked for sofa in room. No sofa. My husband had to sit in a straight chair. Mattress was on the ground and it was pathetic. My back still hurts. People playing music loud and banging up above us. For $200?? You’ve got to be kidding. Only thing good was the cleanliness.

The administrative staff was friendly but not professionally dressed at all. There's an area behind the extended stay at the edge of the parking area where people loiter which I didn't care for. I constantly heard noise on the ceiling sounding like a kid running back and forth and I often heard kids or adults talking. My stay was not a quiet one. There was also a day where the fire alarms went off two to three times which interrupted my work since I work remotely and I'm required to have a quiet work space. Don't use the canteen machine because it will take your money. It was okay but I wouldn't stay here again unless I just have to.
