The automatic door closers make the door slam to the individual rooms making a lot of noise. The room itself was very nice on the inside very modern.

Staff was nice. They honor my requests without hesitation. I was impressed about the good customer service. Rooms are clean. What's so cool about the room is the energy efficiency. I like that. Also the stove is tricky at first but you will NEVER here about someone causing a fire because of how "smart" the stove is. The laundry is facilities are nice and clean and you can download this app that tells you when you finish washing and drying clothes and it also gives you a free was when you sign up.

Poor Communication

I had called earlier on my arrival date to make sure I would be able to check in early, if at all available and I was told that I could check in at 2 when I got someone on the phone. When I got there a little after 2, the man working the front desk, which name I didn’t get, told me very rudely that check in was at 3pm. When I told him I had spoken to somebody, he said that she hadn’t even been down to check in with him (I’m guessing she was with housekeeping).

Had a 8 night stay and didn’t have a single issue with the property, only two down falls was there’s no pool which I understand not every hotel can have a pool and that there’s only one elevator in the building, but again no issue and had a great stay! Would definitely stay again

A cool place to stay. Make sure you get a king bed. The "queen" bed felt tiny. Front desk dude was awesome. For the money, it's a good place to stay. Hopefully the price will remain reasonable.

I had a late arrival. I received a call from the front desk asking my ETA. I thought it was strange and the front desk is usually 24 hours. But when I arrived, the doors were locked, and the gate, yes a gate, to the front desk was down. There’s a phone between the outside door and inside door you can call, but it too about 20 minutes for someone to arrive. That was a lot after an exhausting drive. Also, I didn’t notice when I arrived, but after getting some rest, I noticed that the room and bathroom had a lot of hair that wasn’t mine. There were also guest walking up and down the halls. Seemed a little sketchy. My first and last time there.

I stayed over a week here so that was enough time to scope out a few things. I'm starting to wonder is this some sort of hotel that people transitioning and a program helps them. I really got that vibe. Mixing customers with clients may not help ratings. Maybe dedicating a floor or two to actual customers may help. Then you won't get complaints about noise and other "uncomfortable" issues. But the place is really clean. It had that new smell. I would suggest putting a broom or similar in each room. Hopefully as time progress a few different things will be added. Keisha is great!
