Only hotel in area honestly a little pricy in my opinion for a standard room .. almost 200 a night is HIGH but since they have the monopoly of the area I guess they are able to charge so much because there is no other place to stay unless you are adding an hour commute into Iron Mountain

The room we stayed in had a bug issue and the staff member we reported it to hushed us and sent us back to the room came up there with black garbage bags for us to put our belongings into and took the bug with her and asked since it wasn't a bedbug would we want not switch rooms and still had to pay for our bug infested room!! Terrible service and not clean and out dated

Clean, attractive hotel. Staff was very helpful. Loved the comfy feel and decor of the lobby with the fireplace burning. Breakfast had a variety of choices and food was good.

Very nice facility with hot tub and pool, continental breakfast and free parking. Staff is professional and helpful and our room was clean and fairly quiet. The only complaint was that both our beds were so hard we barely slept the first 2 nights and woke with terrible back pain. Finally slept the 3rd night out of sheer exhaustion but it will take a few days to recover from the back and hip pain. We know that everyone likes different beds and its possible these are new and therefore not broken in yet. I will be sure to bring memory foam mattress toppers along on our next stay just in case. We do recommend this hotel and will return ourselves.

Our room door was not secure. The safety latch was installed incorrectly. The TV remote and instructions were confusing. The staff was very nice and helpful but the facility needs improvement.
