Mornings with coffee on the wrap around porch are can’t miss. Large yard for your enjoyment. We live close by and offer transportation to and from the train station

The Sutton house was an amazing place to stay. The host thought of almost everything. The house was very clean and check-in was super easy. The house was located perfectly for our trip to visit state parks we had not before visited. The communication was fantastic and Tina was so very nice. We most enjoyed the fire pit. It was incredibly relaxing to sit around after a long day of hiking.

Heart is in The Valley

This place is awesome! Very clean and the house is in great condition. Tons of room and king beds in 3 of the bedrooms. We really enjoyed the front porch with our morning coffee and the fire pit in the evening. Our host was very accommodating, attentive and friendly.

Stayed at the Sutton House while in town for a wedding at the Arcadia Academy. Plenty of room for the whole family. Host Tina was very responsive to every question and checked on us to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you.
