The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was WAY better than a mere continental breakfast... Sausage, egg, corned beef hash, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, different bread options, and waffles every single day - I was very impressed. The hotel staff were amazing. The hotel is older, but we'll kept, and a great location. We had a drink at the bar, and it took you back in time, and the drinks were, well cheap. The only complaint I have, was that the restaurant was closed and they were only selling pizzas out of the bar. I didn't see any info letting us know that when we booked.
