Additional fees & requirements:

✔Guests are required to sign our rental agreement and the booker must upload their valid ID. We also do require a $300 security deposit hold.
✔We do offer early check-in and late check-out if available. The fee is $30 for each of those.
✔Additional guest fee- $5/night per guest above 4 up to 8.
