Wow! This hotel and its staff are amazing! We spent the holidays here and it was the best experience. Place is right off the highway, we went to Sea World, Disneyland and other places with smooth convenience. Overall it was the best stay we’ve had in a long time. I would definitely book again when we go back!

Priscilla at front desk so accommodating. We arrived at 9am as we had gotten off a cruise ship and come directly to the hotel. She hadbroom cleaned as soon as she could and we were in room by 10:30. Great room and very convenient to John Wayne Orange County Airport. Shuttle to airport so easy as well

Hallway smell in 2nd floor was horrible. Not in the room but it smelled like wet dirty carpet throughout once you get out of the elevator. Called ahead of time to see what breakfast was offered they said bacon and they served a dry chunky disgusting sausage. The rooms could hear all the noise outside. People walking and talking. Doors closing and bangings on walls. It kept waking us up. The lobby was clean and smelled great and the front desk was nice it wasnt until we got to the room we were a bit dissapointed
