Friendliest staff ever encountered!

What stood out about this hotel was the friendliness of all the staff and the willingness to help at all times, such as trying to fulfill our request that all our rooms be close together, sorting out a room key mixup, and having a flexible shuttle to the airport when possible, in addition to the regular times. In addition, the hotel was clean; breakfast had a wide selection and "treats" were available in the evenings beside the always full water jugs or at reception. The hotel was undergoing some renovations whilst we were there but we would not have known except for the signs stating this. There was no noise, dust or any inconvenience at all. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel at home!

A computer issue kept me waiting an hour & 1/2 for a room key. (I had been driving for 3 hours & hadnt eaten) There was only one elevator working. Sacks of dirty linen were stashed in the corridor. There were no tissues or amenities in the room. The front desk staff tried to be helpful.
