Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please return the beach gate key & the guard gate remote from your car to the bowl on the kitchen counter. You don't need the guard gate remote to leave the condo.
Remember, there is a charge of $150 if you leave without returning all keys and the gate remote.
Please return all beach equipment & toys to the shed and clean all sand off before storing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
