Needs maintenance updates

The property mangers were pretty good with communication and the check in process was easy. Overall the property was in a good area but the unit that I stayed was not what was advertised in the listing. It was very noisy because it was right next to the street. I was concerned about security because the front sliding doors did not lock and it was a first floor unit facing the parking lot. The lock was broken off on one of the doors and there wasn't a lock on the other. The towel racks were broken in the bathroom and fell off the wall when I went to grab the towel. The one shower was missing part of the faucet and the sink faucet was lose and falling off of the counter top. I had no water when i went to shower in the morning. The day that I checked in the owner had switched my unit initially because there was a water line outage but then I was placed back in the original unit because the issue was supposedly resolved, but then there was no water the next day. I informed the owner of all issues at the time that I found them and they indicated they would address them in the future. The air conditioning worked good and the kitchen had everything needed for a week long stay. If the owner spends time to do some standard maintenance the place would be a reasonable rental for the future.

Very good accommodation

Property is well maintained and our unit was very clean and spacious. A/c in two rooms kept us cool as needed. Laundry convenient and included (aside from detergent). Beautiful patio to relax on at night or take a break from the sun. Pool large and clean. Location convenient to beach too. Need a car to get into town and around. Highly recommend.
