Stayed for F1 2025. Clean and tidy. The restaurant which is part of the hotel was supposedly closed to public despite people eating so had to walk out to other places to eat.

A bit far, but lovely stay

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The onsens are an additional nice touch. The downside is how far it is from the downtown area, but the shuttle makes that a non issue, also the bus drops you off right at the door. A convenience store nearby is also good if you need late night food.

The bed sheets were stained and absolutely filthy and covered in hair. There is a ledge over the bath which means you can’t shower comfortably if you’re tall. The room smelled so badly of cigarettes - we wanted a non smoking room but they didn’t have any left, but the ashtray had only been emptied and not cleaned so the smell was awful. The room was also freezing with a badly placed heating unit which meant that you had to just put up with the cold or have the heater blowing directly on your face when you slept.

L'hôtel Castle Inn Ise est propre et sécuritaire. Il est situé assez proche de la gare. Le personnel est très aidant. Les chambres ne sont pas toutes climatisées mais le Onsen à l'étage est très agréable surtout le rotenburo. La chaise de massage est aussi un must pour relaxer.
