First time in Ishigaki. From the moment we walked in, the mood was set with the view and Okinawan music playing in the background. The staff was absolutely wonderful! They were very helpful finding and suggesting good restaurants and activities. The view from the dining area was very relaxing. There was a nice little library in this area where we had ice cream and coffee while looking through the assortment of books. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we will book again!

スタッフの皆さんの感じが良くて、とても好印象でした。マイナーなジャンルのレストラン情報もいただけて、外食も堪能できました。 無料レンタルのビーチタオルや自転車はとても助かりました。ランドリーの洗濯機も台数が多く、水着を洗うのに助かりました。部屋はエアコン（埃が一杯）以外はとても綺麗で清潔でした。 また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

As a solo travel staying for just a few nights, this was a very convenient and welcoming hotel! The staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the beach was close enough to walk to and the free bicycle rental made for a lovely ride to enjoy a night on the town!

非常好的住宿，工作人員好 nice, 每事都非常幫忙。有充足的泊車位，飯店附近有租車的地方，職員會為你介紹租車公司。飯店附近有真榮里沙灘，沙灘有好多小魚小蟹寄居蟹，非常有趣。附近行大約5至7分鐘有family mart, 麥當勞，San A city, max valu, daiso 等， 購物十分方便。飯店附近有數家餐廳，都很美味。 唯晚上外出最好自備手電筒，因為石垣比較少路燈。

夏休み旅行で家族4人5泊させていただきました。ランドリーの空き状況を部屋からチェック出来たのはとてもありがたかったです！ 滞在中は外出も多いスケジュールだったので、多くを求めず予約しましたが、結果お部屋も清潔感があり、チェックイン/アウトも簡潔、朝食も十分で、家族共々快適なホテル時間を過ごさせていただきました！ 夏場ということで、期間限定のかき氷を作っていただくこともでき、子供たちも大喜びでした。ありがとうございました！！！
