Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 62 m² flat for rent in a quiet area in the centre of Isigny-sur-Mer. It has a harbour view and private entrance and can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift) of a town house, it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and en suite shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), cleaning and linen included. We're waiting for you!

- A 30 m² south-facing living room with SMART TV, corner sofa and dining area. At the corner of the stone wall, you'll find a cosy reading area where you can curl up in the big green armchair and enjoy the books provided by the owners.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine (Senseo and Nespresso), etc.
- One bedroom with king-size bed (180×200), storage space and work area (arm-mounted work screen with laptop docking station and multi-connectivity hub)
- A shower room adjoining the bedroom

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: raclette machine, washing machine, ironing board and iron, DVD player, board games, etc.
