Beautiful and luxurious Villa in Islantilla, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Near beach and Islantilla Golf Resort. With private pool as well as communal pool.



Islantilla is a new urbanisation located directly at the Atlantic Ocean between the villages of Isla Cristina and La Antilla.



The boulevard is lined with palmtrees and enclosed between a beautiful sandy beach and a shopping area with boutiques, the necessary supermarket and farmacist, but also restaurants, cafes and a cinema.



The very nice 12 km long sand beach gives you the opportunity to fully enjoy swimming and other watersports fun, like jetski and motorboats. A bit further away from the villages the beach continues hardly noticebly into dunes and pine tree forests where you can take on walking trips.

Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

Good location and property

Not complaining but giving true reflection: Close to golf coarse and reasonable accommodation. Close to town and beach. Wi-Fi not the best TV great if you speak Dutch/German Small Kitchen for one person but functional. Others complained of hard beds (upstairs.) Clean pool Quiet location Great barbecue. Only One official parking place - pointed out by neighbours as we had 2 cars. Would stay again

La casa es cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin echar nada d menos, la barbacoa del jardín funciona d maravilla, y las terrazas son enormes. Además el tiempo fue muy bueno y pudimos disfrutar d la playa, Islantilla es un lugar estupendo para pasar unos días d vacaciones. MUY RECOMENDABLE! Repetiremos seguro
