Located on a quiet residential neighborhood on a paved road and behind a gated entry, Jerico Place is perfectly designed for a family or an intimate group traveling together. With a full length deck overlooking the extended grounds, this is your chance to really unwind, yet be close in to town. 
 
With a total of three bedrooms, a large Great Room encompassing the Living, Dining and Kitchen area this is a home that offers individual privacy while still being part of a family or a group.
 
The kitchen is equipped with a six burner stove with a full oven, a standard refrigerator, and ample counter space. Delve into the lower cabinets and you'll find everything you need to prepare a simple snack to a full meal, all in the comfort of your own vacation rental.

The living area is dominated by a large art piece and a furniture grouping gathered around an internet ready television; an ideal space to tuck your feet up, grab a book, or catch up on the latest goings on at home... or grab a bowl of popcorn and watch a movie! This is an inviting space that is sure to be a focal point whilst you're indoors.

The Master Bedroom features a varnished beadboard accent wall that adds a cozy Old World charm to the room while the Queen sized bed invites you to snuggle in await the next, new day. An oversized closet and a remote control A/C are perfect compliments to this lovely room

The Second Bedroom is just off of the living area and also features a Queen sized bed with flanking lamps, fan and A/C.

The Third Bedroom has two beadboard walls and features a full sized bed. With opening windows on the two exterior walls you can bathe this room in fresh breezes, or use the bedside installed A/C for when it's overly warm.

This home has only one bathroom so as to maximize the homes spaciousness, yet it is overly large, featuring a full size shower that accommodates two, so you can practice water conservation!
