Tuvimos una experiencia increíble en AWA. Todo el personal fue muy amable, pero queremos dar un agradecimiento especial a Miguel y Jeal por ser tan atentos y hacernos sentir como en casa. Gracias a ellos, nuestra estadía fue realmente memorable. Lamentamos no haber podido despedirnos en persona por nuestro vuelo temprano, pero queríamos agradecerles de corazón. ¡Definitivamente volveremos!

Me and my girlfriend stayed at the Muuch hotel and it was a fantastic experience. We initially booked for two nights with the sea view room and decided to stay an additional night. The front desk lady was able to accommodate us in the same Muuch building with another room for an additional night for the same rate. The service by the beach clubs were great and all the staff really took their time to take care of us. Rooms: the room we booked had an incredible view. It was very clean and designed very thoughtfully. The bathtub in the balcony was a really nice addition to use. The bed was super comfortable with all the extra pillows. There was hot and cold water with no interruptions. The AC in the room was working well. The coffee machine was great. The towels were clean. Overall the room was a great experience. Food: We had free breakfast included in our booking and went to the rooftop of the Muuch building. The breakfast menu was perfect. Fresh coffee, juice, ice cold water and high quality food prepared by executive chef Sebastian. Sebastian also created the menu at Fuego and Terra, which I would say are probably the best restaurants on the island. You get a combination of Mexican, Italian, Argentinian flavors which were delicious. Highly recommend you talk to the executive chef as he is kind, knowledgeable, respectful and passionate about his work. The man is talented at what he does. His team was also very professional and gave that “executive dining” experience.

Awa was amazing! From the beautiful rooms to the rooftop pool, the cabanas, the staff, the food, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay a great one. Now, this is Holbox, it is not a party island and everything is a bit higher here when it comes to food and drinks. Having said that, I didn’t have one bad dish and I tried breakfast, lunch and dinner here. If you’re a heavy drinker you won’t like the drink prices but I picked up a wine bottle at the airport and had it for dinner everyday. If you’re looking for a peaceful vacation this is the place and I can’t wait to go back!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was a solo trip, and everything about the hotel was amazing. The restaurants, Fuego and Terra offered amazing food. The swim up pool was excellent. Having access to the beach was another plus. All the staff were great and nice. I would definitely recommend this place and come back.

From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was breathtaking, with a warm and welcoming vibe that made me feel relaxed right away. 1000/10 – ¡El mejor hotel en Holbox! Nuestra experiencia en Hotel Awa Holbox fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el momento en que reservamos, el staff y su director se aseguraron de que cada detalle estuviera cuidado. Nos apoyaron en todo: transporte privado desde el aeropuerto hasta Chiquilá, ferry de ida y vuelta, traslados al hotel, organización de tours y hasta masajes relajantes. Los restaurantes dentro del hotel son exquisitos, con platillos de primera calidad y una atención impecable. Realmente no hay necesidad de salir del hotel, ¡tienen todo lo que uno puede desear! El ambiente, las instalaciones y sobre todo la calidez del personal hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera inolvidable. Definitivamente es un lugar al que quiero volver, y me daré la tarea de recomendarlo con toda confianza. Si buscas un lugar excepcional en Holbox donde te consientan de principio a fin, Hotel Awa es la elección perfecta.

El trato de la mañana con el lobby muy bien, en la noche olvidé la pulsera adentro de la habitación, y la persona de recepción de la noche no tenía pulsera, código o tarjeta para poder abrir la habitación, tuvo q forzar la puerta. Al final logré entrar pero pasé bastante tiempo fuera de la habitación

The hotel is congested. Too many rooms for the property size. We stayed on the 1st elevation with pool side, we were not comfortable relaxing as it was next to a busy walk way and there is no privacy. Wait staff were friendly, however were not prompt. We had to wait extended periods for service. Music was an issues as it was non stop electronic genre that played all day till 9pm. A bit overwhelming. Food was really good, and roof top bar was a great sunset view. Rooms were clean, and designed well. We would not come back as we prefer more privacy and seclusion.

This property was hands-down, the most insanely relaxing spot we’ve ever been. It would be so easy just to never leave the property. The restaurant is incredible! It has a rooftop pool, swim up pool and cabanas that are available for any guests. There is a walk to a little market and it’s a very quick trip to town or the bioluminescence. Highly recommend 1 million stars!

Desde el momento en que llegamos, AWA Holbox superó todas nuestras expectativas. La ubicación frente al mar es simplemente espectacular, con una atmósfera de tranquilidad y elegancia que te envuelve desde el primer instante. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, con un diseño bohemio y natural que invita al descanso. Todo estaba impecable y cuidadosamente decorado. Dormir con el sonido del mar de fondo fue un verdadero lujo. El restaurante Fuego merece una mención especial: cada platillo fue una delicia, y cenar con vista al atardecer fue una experiencia mágica. El servicio fue excepcional en todo momento: cálido, atento y muy profesional. Se nota que el equipo está comprometido con ofrecer una estancia memorable. AWA es el lugar perfecto para quienes buscan desconectar, disfrutar del entorno natural y dejarse consentir en un entorno de belleza y calma. Gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia algo tan especial. The hotel is very cute and welcoming. The rooms and the service excellent, but the noise of kids during the hole day makes our stay was not pleasant and relaxing. There were more than 10 children running around screaming all day long throughout the lounge area, restaurant, and pool. Totally disappoint that they do not take care of the environment that their guests should experience when they are in a place of rest and relax.
