Please note: there is no pool or direct beach access, the beach is a 10-minute walk. Holbox has sandy, unpaved streets, you get around on foot or by golf cart.

Guest Access:

This is a private room within our wooden eco-hotel of 11 rooms, ideal for groups, retreats or trips with family and friends when booked together.



There is no pool or direct beach access, but one of Holbox's most beautiful beaches is a 10-minute walk away (about 10 blocks). We partner with beach clubs: guests receive a free drink at one and 10% off at another.



Self check-in. You will have access to your private room and to the shared common areas (lounges, rooftop terrace and dining area).



The Neighborhood:

The hotel is 2 blocks from the ferry, very convenient for arrivals and departures. The town center, restaurants, shops, bars and beach are all within a 5-10 block walk.



Next door there is a convenience store popular with locals. In the evenings you may see people socializing nearby; the island is quiet, safe and full of warm, respectful people. Streets can be dark at night, but Holbox is very safe.



Getting Around:

There are no paved roads in Holbox, and that is part of its charm. You get around on foot or by golf cart. If you rent one, you can park it right outside the hotel.



Other Things to Note:

Before arrival, we will request a photo of the valid official ID of every guest staying at the property, and the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us keep good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules.



You may encounter local wildlife during your stay (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them, we care for the environment and we are guests in their habitat. To avoid attracting them, do not leave food out in the open.



Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra cost.



For the air conditioning to work properly, keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21C.



Interaction with Guests:

We have a front desk, though the receptionist is not there at all times, he lives on site and is available whenever you need anything. We offer self check-in for a smooth arrival, and we are always reachable during your stay.
