The building and apartment looked exactly like in the pictures. The check-in worked well even outside the official opening hours. The owner spoke good English. The apartment and the bathroom were quite clean. The wifi often did not work very well. The building is also very loud because of the vehicles and insects from outside. But with ear studs, this was not a big problem. The way to the center and to the beach was with approx. 10 minutes not too far either. All in all it was a nice stay.

Due to technicsl issues we were moved to a sister hotel. The service was immaculate, and so was the hotel. Really beautiful.

Para llegar caminando la imagen, hay carros chocados, oxidados, escombros y basura, pero creo que es algo normal, habia muchos charcos y no se podia pasar sin mojarse los pies, insisto al parecer asi es en Holbox, pero si no te importa nada de eso, puedes ir con confianza, es muy seguro y las personas son amables, me la pase bien, solo me dieron la habitacion de abajo justo donde estan unas sillas para conversar, las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha todo, si llevas tapones para oidos todo estará bien. En general lo recomiendo.

La amabilidad del chico de recepción siempre atento, limpieza de sábanas y toallas muy buena, sin duda alguna recomendaría el hotel.

El hotel no es malo, pero su ubicación no es excelente. Esta en una zona de mucho suciedad al rededor y eso fue lo que no me gustó. Las paredes son de madera y por ende entra demasiado polvo porque no están muy pegadas. La atención de Wendy es buena y el que te pongan café por la mañana está deli. Por la temporada sentí que pagué mucho por esta estancia posiblemente regrese si encuentro una tarifa más razonable.

Tiene buena ubicación porque está cerca del ferry y no tuvimos que caminar demasiado para llegar al hotel. No tiene recepción pero siempre había alguien pendiente cuando necesitábamos algo.

Me gustó que la habitación era espaciosa y además el lugar es cerca del puerto. La persona de recepción siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros, fue muy amable. Lo recomiendo, el lugar es limpio y acogedor
