Great location

Impressed by the cleanliness and simplicity this place offered. Water pressure was great and loved that it had filtered water installed. It’s located to many good places such as Mango Cafe! Thank you! Will definitely be booking this place again next time

Great place

Checking in and out is a little confusing but once we got there staff was waiting. Staff was there every day with check-in and outs and anything you needed. We felt safe and welcomed at this property. Local restaurants are in walking distance, would deffinatly recommend renting a golf cart to go explore further. We will be back!

Loved the property and the location, great bang for your buck! The kitchen is top notch.

We loved how close it was to Chedraui and the manager was very attentive and helpful. When we asked for a top sheet for the bed, we promptly received it! Great stay!

Clean & comfortable

We were quite comfortable here. The furniture consists of 4 barstools for the kitchen counter, one patio chair and a two-seat, wood slat, futon in the living room and a very comfortable queen-size bed in the bedroom. The futon would be acceptable for a young child to sleep on. Kitchen has very basic dishes & utensils, but has a toaster, coffee pot, microwave and 2 burner stove top. However, there is no hot water in the kitchen. The apt. Is centrally located and quiet and within walking distance to the grocery store. There is no on-site staff, but the owner replies quickly to email. Staff that do work there speak Spanish only. We enjoyed our stay there and hope to be able to return.

Amazing

This is an amazing property in Isla Mujeres. Well worth the money. Suite Lorens is a new property, well maintained and beautiful. Perfectly located mid-island so no matter what your plans are getting there is easy. There is a fantastic housekeeper and manager who makes your stay enjoyable. If you are going to Isla Mujeres this is the place to stay. If available ask for unit 8., you will have a beautiful view of the lake. We sat and watched wildlife for hours!!
