Casa Flor de Mayo is a modern Caribbean oceanfront villa combining clean architectural design with natural island beauty. Set above the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, the home offers sweeping unobstructed views, refreshing ocean breezes, and the sound of waves below.

The villa is located in Punta Sur on Isla Mujeres, a peaceful and exclusive part of the island known for its natural scenery, quiet atmosphere, and dramatic coastline. Nearby attractions include the Mayan ruins at Punta Sur and Garrafon Natural Reef Park.

The Space

Designed to maximize its unique setting, the villa features high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass doors throughout the ocean-facing rooms, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

Most rooms open directly to terraces overlooking the sea, allowing guests to fully experience the light, breeze, and sound of the ocean.

At the heart of the property is a large infinity-edge waterfall pool with:

The house is fantastic -and has everything we needed for a memorable, fun vacation with family and friends. Our time in Isla Mujeres was magnificant due to having this amazing home as our own for 4 nights. The pool and ocean combined for a magnificant play pen for our family gathering. Nonstop fun in the pool with the grandkids and then discovery of nature in so many ways. Nice proximity to the Punta Sur, great walks along the sea and a fabulous catered dinner with Javi and his family team. This is the perfect place to be in Isla Mujeres!!!
