Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, but major gaps in basic amenities and communicationWe had high hopes for this property, and while the bedrooms and bathrooms were genuinely nice, there were enough issues throughout the stay that I'd think twice before booking again.Access & safety: The house requires climbing three flights of stairs with no railing — worth knowing in advance, especially for anyone with mobility concerns or traveling with kids. There are also no building or apartment numbers visible from outside, and we never received an entry code, so we couldn't figure out which unit was ours or how to get in when we first arrived.No kitchen, despite being listed as an apartment: There's no kitchen at all — no refrigerator, not even a mini fridge, no microwave, and no coffee maker. With the heat, having nowhere to keep water cold or store food was a real problem.Amenities that looked good in photos but weren't usable: The listing shows a washer, a grill, and beachfront access, but in person the washer was blocked by cleaning supplies and brooms, and the grill was similarly inaccessible — and even if you could reach it, there were no utensils provided or way to clean up afterward. The "beachfront" is rocky, so you can't actually get into the water. The rooftop pool looked poorly maintained, and the pool area next to it had beer cans and trash left in it.Communication: This was the biggest letdown. We asked for extra towels and never got a response. We couldn't
