If you’re looking for a room with a view, this is your spot. This recently remodeled two-bedroom condo has a wraparound balcony, perfect for watching the waves roll in over Playa Norte. Look down to see the traditional palapas ruffle in the breeze, and catch one of the best sunset views on an island known for its sunsets. The interior has beautiful Saltillo tile floors and cheerful Caribbean colors throughout, giving the space an authentic and relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for a family or couples traveling together, the suite has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a second bedroom with a queen and a twin bed.

The Neighborhood:

Your stay includes complimentary concierge service from our staff. This service is designed to make your trip smooth and stress-free:

Airport transfers: We are happy to arrange your transportation from the Cancun airport to the Isla Mujeres ferry and then to Nautibeach Condo #33. (Transportation costs are paid directly to the service provider; they are not included in the rental rate.)

Arrival support: A member of the property management team will greet you upon arrival, help you get settled, and answer any questions.

Planning and recommendations: We’ll provide local tips, make dinner reservations, and help you book extras such as golf cart rentals, island tours, snorkeling trips, or private outings. These activities are optional and priced separately.

Other Things to Note:
As of April 1, 2023 to comply with Mexican law, the Nautibeach Condo Association is enforcing the law that smoking is not allowed on the property. This means balconies, patios, pool, etc.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
