The room was huge, bed was very comfortable, the staff is very friendly. My only complaint was the lack of hot water my first two days. It must have been fixed because after that the shower was hot and powerful. Its minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown near Hidalgo, yet seemed secluded. Well worth the price and I would definitely stay there again.

I really liked this hotel because it has been recently remodeled. Everything feels brand new and modern. The view from the luxury rooms is absolutely amazing. I especially loved the swimming pools right in front of the sea; the long pool was perfect for a relaxing swim and enjoying the view. The whole place feels fresh, stylish, and very comfortable — and the scent throughout the hotel is just incredible! I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel was super modern looking however it lacked common sense when it comes to comfort. Modern room with curtains that were sheer facing the east, no blackout curtains, the sunlight streamed into the room without any barriers. Modern look for the room and bathroom but the hallway was made out of stone, any noise made outside room can heard loudly in room. There were large cockroaches in the bathroom, constant sound of noises like construction from the fifth floor.. they start playing music in the hallway as early as 8 AM. The water did not get hot in the shower., and somebody entered our room while we were in the room in bed from housekeeping with out our consent and there was a sign on the door saying do not enter in Spanish, so there was no excuse. You had staff that acted like security guards in the front of the hotel, one of them named Andrea ran into the bathroom and accosted me as I was about to shut the stall door to show her my bracelet, they gave me to prove that I was a guest. When I brought this up to the Manager Alexejandra, I saw them both talking together and laughing. So they didn’t take this serious and did not find this problem. Super unprofessional staff in addition to this I arrive to get breakfast at 11:03 AM and they told me breakfast ended at 11 o’clock and they could not help me and they could not make no exceptions. And I couldn’t order anything from the kitchen because their computers were down.It was a challenge to get the TV to work,

We had many issues with our room. Door getting stuck, room service not cleaning room, wifi booting us off repeatedly, promises for special treatment for birthday celebrations not given.Staff was happy to brush off complaints with excuses. I will not return to this resort.

First, the staff was phenomenal. Especially Allen, Abigail, and the most wonderful Vanessa. Incredible view of the ocean from a massive balcony. Safe, quiet, clean, a 5 minute walk from everything including Playa Norté. We travel to Isla Mujeres every three months and we’ll never again stay any place other than the Mint Resort. See you guys in January!

I’m so grateful with all the personal at the mint they were all the time making me feel like a real Queen, friendly and generous. The installations were always clean and everything its brand new. Excellent view by the pool with breathtaking sunset… And night time was glorious with the lights. So relaxing. Thank you for all the effort. Definitely coming back in December. See you soon
