La Poza is a six-story building with an elevator and a shared rooftop with a spectacular infinity pool with 360-degree views. This design positions you in the convenient heart of downtown while keeping the bustle at bay while you sunbathe from our rooftop pool.

La Poza #401 is a modernly designed, fourth-floor, one-bedroom condo that is the perfect choice for your vacation to Isla Mujeres. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 3 adults. With La Poza's ideal and peaceful location, in the heart of downtown, convenience is on your doorstep.

Enjoy your airy and modern air-conditioned, spacious living area with a comfortable sofa. Indulge in this tranquil and quiet escape in the center of all the action on Isla Mujeres. Open your large, glass patio doors from your living area and start your day in paradise with breakfast and a coffee from your balcony or from our ocean view rooftop pool.

At La Poza, you are located just steps away from the main pedestrian street, Avenida Hidalgo, lined with vibrant bars, delicious restaurants, street cafes, and shops. This awesome location also places you only a block and a half from the soft white sand and turquoise blue waters of Playa Norte, one of the top ten beaches in the world.

From here you can spend your days exploring paradise, relaxing with a cocktail and your toes in the sand on the beach, or wandering around the shops looking for the perfect souvenirs to take back with you.

Upon your return to your condo, relax and cool off in our rooftop pool, or why not sit back on your sofa/futon and watch something on your TV, or choose a film or your favorite TV show from Netflix? Wash the sand and salt away in your large, full bathroom, with access from the bedroom and from the living area.

The kitchen comes complete with everything that you will need to prepare a meal when the choices of eating out are too abundant for you to choose. It comes with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and blender, as well as dishes and utensils and a breakfast bar that can seat 4 people.

Wake up each day in your cozy king bed. The air-conditioned bedroom also comes complete with access to the bathroom, a spacious closet for clothing and storage. The bedroom also has access to a very small and private patio area out the back of the condo.

great place

Pros: Great place, great location, stairs or elevator! Strong AC! Fresh 18l bottled water supplied, on-site day manager Esteban a great help, good price point for full apartment with roof-top pool. Cons: bed could be softer, depending which unit youre in, the couches might be uncomfortable, not very well equipped for in-apartment cooking (we had to buy a pot and some cooking utensils like ladle and spatula).

Nice apartment but loud music

Nice unit but night club music kept us awake until 2:30 am. Strobe lights shining on bedroom windows and pounding music was very upsetting.

Had a wonderful stay. Due to the fact that it is listed as a condo with kitchen. and wanting to cook some of our meals, I think a dish towel to dry dishes would be good and maybe some more cooking utensils (ie spatula, larger serving spoons), larger bowls, larger plates, larger pots.

Nestled in the heart of Everything

Walkable to ferry, restaurants,beach and lively nightlife (or you can enjoy music right from the balcony at night) Clean.Safe. Excellent staff *Mr Esteban and his wife. *No enforcement of no smoking by other renters in the building. Signs are posted but not enforced.
