As you enter the large living room, the first thing you notice is the spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea just beyond the large balcony. Thanks to the wall-spanning pocket doors, the view is completely unobstructed from the living & dining room, and from the balcony you’ll enjoy the beautiful sea breeze.

Across the living room is the entrance to the master suite with the same gorgeous views, pocket doors, and a spacious balcony. The master bedroom features a hand-made domed brick ceiling – a traditional architectural detail in the Yucatan region.

The beautiful jacuzzi area shares the ocean view, and the tub is surrounded with hand-cut tikul tile.

To the right of the living room, the dining room adjoins a granite breakfast bar and a large kitchen with granite countertops with stainless steel appliances.

The guest bedroom is just off the dining room - another large room with ample closets, and sliding glass doors to the back balcony. The second bathroom is just outside the bedroom, and features a large walk-in shower and stone sink.
