for a 3 night stay. AC was stuck on heat, complained twice and nothing happened. fridge was like warm, basically non-existent. one evening as we were tired and wanted to eat. we asked a member of staff if we could order food but he deceived us saying there was no need to order and made us believe that the buffet at the hotel was complimentary, even ensured it. when they gave us the bill at the end, that same member of staff’s acting was superb, pretending as if he was shocked. same member of staff constantly following us, not giving us breathing room to explore etc. unfortunately i don’t remember his name. front desk staff were pleasant, breakfast was good, but overall not amazing. also a kind member of staff accompanied me to Jummah prayer, thankful for him.

Good family hotel for a short trip to Islamabad

It is a very good hotel situated on the outskirts of Islamabad.The location is good and easily accessible by car. The hotel and the room were excellent. We had a minor issue with the room upon check-in which was promptly addressed and the situation was handled well by the front desk manager. The entire staff was very polite and very accommodating. Will recommend to every one.

The hotel is nice and renovated but for some reason there was a strong painting smell coming from the A/C at the middle of the night. Not sure this was the hotel doing maintenance or the close by construction but this was disturbing.
