Muhammad

I booked a hotel through Expedia and paid at the time of booking. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff informed me that they are not listed on Expedia and do not accept online payments. As a result, there was no booking, and I had to find another hotel late at night. The Expedia helpline has also been unhelpful, and I am unable to get a refund.
