This property includes a 40' boat slip located directly in front of the unit, with fresh water and power available.

- Guests also have access to a fish cleaning station for added convenience after a day on the water.
- A freezer is available in the storage area for bait storage. Guests must empty the freezer completely before departure to avoid odors and additional cleaning fees.

⚠️ Boat trailers (and all other trailers) are not permitted to remain on the property during your stay. They are welcome on-site for up to one hour during arrival and departure to allow time for loading and unloading.

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

– Minimum rental age is 25. A valid photo ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
– An accurate guest count must be provided.
– No smoking and/or vaping allowed
– No parties or events. Unauthorized guests on property will result in fees and/or immediate eviction.
– Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
– All guests must adhere to the Community/Association rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Starter Supplies
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

Pet Policy
This property is dog-friendly for dogs under 20 lbs. A $295 fee applies per pet for stays of fewer than 30 days. Dogs must be fully vaccinated, house-trained, kept off furniture, and supervised at all times. Guests are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all pet waste in the outdoor trash bin. Violations may result in an additional $100 fee. Please notify us in advance if you are bringing a dog.
