About The Space:

Golden Pines is a spacious, modern townhome designed for comfort, connection, and adventure. Located in a quiet cluster of townhomes surrounded by pines, this end unit offers added privacy while still being centrally located!

The main level features an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room with a Smart TV—perfect for winding down after a day outdoors. The private master suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom is also located on this level, along with a convenient half bath.

Upstairs, you’ll find three additional sleeping spaces: two queen bedrooms (one with a private bathroom and one with access to a shared bath) and a bunk room with four twin beds—ideal for kids or larger groups! A spacious loft adds even more room to relax, plus a washer and dryer for added convenience.
