Blackwaterfoot is a family favourite with its sandy beach, golf club, hotel with leisure facilities, convenience store and local butcher, great for if you want to spend the evening cooking a hearty meal for everyone to enjoy.
The property is spacious with downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs living space, making the most of the views. The house comprises of two halves, on one half of the house, there are two downstairs bedrooms, a bathroom, a utility room and a staircase leading upstairs to the kitchen and living areas. There are two living rooms, giving additional space for the kids whilst you relax in front of the wood burner away from the noise. The wood burner adds to the ambience of the first living room whilst the large windows bring in plenty of natural light. From the second living room there is a separate staircase leading down to a double bedroom and shower room. The children can play in the large garden whilst you enjoy a glass of your chosen tipple on the decking overlooking the garden and out to the sea.
