Within a mile of the sea and beach, walking distance to a pub and café, as well as a distillery, there aren’t many holiday homes that are better located. You can admire the sea from the front garden, as well as from all rooms at the front of this detached property. To wake up near the sea in a peaceful place like Kilmory is very, very special. There is a fully enclosed garden perfect for all the family, and a terrace with garden furniture so that you can relax with a sea view in the evening.

On entering the property, the hallway lead to a spacious, open-plan living/dining room. The living area has an inviting wood burner and enjoys views of the sea. The kitchen and utility room are also on the ground floor and have all the appliances you will want and need. A large shower room and a double bedroom can also be found downstairs. On the first floor are two further bedrooms; a larger double which is the master room, as well as a single room with another single pull-out bed underneath. There is a bathroom on the first floor as well.

The Isle of Arran is a fantastic holiday destination for those who want to relax or get outdoors and have an adventure. The island is known as ’Scotland in miniature’. Stay at The Barn and have yourself a brilliant base from which to explore mini-Scotland! Beach 1 mile. Shop 13 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
