Enjoy the best of oceanside living when you come to stay at 328 B Sea Cabin, a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo with gorgeous Atlantic Ocean views! This third-floor condo is in building B of the Sea Cabin Condominiums, a centrally located community on Ocean Blvd with a resort-style pool, laundry facility, and private fishing pier. Enjoy beautiful ocean breezes and waking up to the beach in this lovely Isle of Palms condo!

Things to know prior to booking your stay:
• The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
• Full Disclosure: There are small bunk beds built into the hallway – they are loved by children. They're also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”.
• All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen!
• Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
• Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or download an app to pay!
• Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass.
• The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
• No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
• No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.
• This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!

Enter the condo to find a hallway with two convenient small built-in bunk beds—a smart solution if you need more sleeping space, and they're a hit with kids! Continue on past the full bathroom, which offers a shower-tub combo and a beachy vibe with sea-foam green walls. Walk further down the hallway, and you'll come across the main open concept kitchen and living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so grab your favorite fresh fruit from a local market and all the ingredients for you need to make your own custom creations and recipes. A blue-tiled backsplash adds a pop of color to the space, and a small center island provides extra counter space, as well as a place to dine with two bar stools. With stainless-steel appliances and extra perks like a Keurig coffee maker, this space has everything you need for that home-away-from-home experience!

The living area is furnished with a plush couch, which has a queen-pull out sofa bed if you need extra sleeping accommodations. Two extra sitting chairs provide more space to fit the whole family, and a large flat screen TV completes the space. Tune into your favorite shows with cable access and stay connected on your devices with complimentary Wi-Fi. A ceiling fan is in the room for additional comfort and sliding glass doors lead out to the ocean-facing third floor balcony.

The views can't be beat when you step out onto the patio and see the Atlantic Ocean sparkling in the distance. The patio is furnished with a high-top bistro set, where you can wake up with your morning coffee to watch the sun rise over the sea and enjoy sunsets with a glass of wine and a few snacks.

Back inside, you'll find the bedroom, which features a queen size bed, and private flat screen TV. At a compact size with high-quality amenities and an excellent beachfront location, this cozy beach condo is perfect for a little escape to Isle of Palms!

The Sea Cabin Condominiums are comprised of a three building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach. The complex has a large pool and a kiddie pool. Try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests, or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves.

Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath and dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Front Beach. You'll find features like a water park and laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like free WiFi and a kitchen in the condo.

Loved this location- the large balcony was so nice to sit at with an amazing view of the ocean. The space is smaller but it works. It was clean and had a decent amount of kitchen utensils. Would appreciate some smarter use of space for luggage (luggage rack in bedroom closet, shelves in hallway closet) and could use some hooks for towels and swimsuits on the balcony. I also would recommend providing beach towels for the guests. It seemed silly to purchase them only to have to leave them (didn’t fit in our luggage) which I’m sure happens often.

going to a concert at Windjammer, this property provided us great location, parking and an awesome place to stay. Condo is just as advertised. While the bunks are small, just as advertised our 6'3" inch son stayed on the bottom bunk and had no issues at all. Check-in and out were made easy by the realty company's communications. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The perfect Condo for a Getaway!

The views from our 3rd floor were awesome and the Condo was newly renovated and well decorated. The bed was comfortable, towels thick and we were able to walk to dinner. However, there is no elevator.

Perfect location

The place is just as advertised, right on the beach, with swimming pool and great views. Check in and check out were easy with the directions sent. Our only "glitch" was a small problem with the wi-fi which was corrected with a phone call to the property manager. We would definitely stay here again!

My cousin and I like to get together once a year for a short trip. I've never tried Vrbo before. The property management and the sea cabin was great. Nice and clean. The pool was a great size and very clean. Beach access could not be better. The only negative is that the beach is very busy since there is a lot of parking for public access. I will definitely go again next year and try to get the same cabin.
