Upon entering the home you will find a dining area, living room, a fully stocked kitchen and hallway to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the rooms in this unit are on the same floor. Guests are also welcome to utilize the covered deck with outdoor dining table, gas BBQ grill and outdoor shower. The washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room off of the kitchen. Off-street parking on the driveway immediately in front of Unit B for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

Please note that long term tenants reside in the upstairs unit and access the detached building in the backyard. Upstairs renters share the backyard with the downstairs guests. Crossover noise between the units - especially on the ceilings in The Blue Oyster - is to be expected.
