Welcome to your Isle of Palms retreat!
This charming home offers spacious ceilings, abundant natural light, and an open floor plan with everything conveniently located on a single level.
The living room features soaring cathedral ceilings and a large TV—perfect for family movie nights or relaxing after a day at the beach. Just off the living area, a cozy sitting room surrounded by oversized windows invites you to unwind while enjoying peaceful views of the surrounding nature.
The kitchen and dining area provide the ideal space for gathering, with a dining table that seats six and a large center island with barstools for casual meals or conversation.
The home includes three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, offering plenty of space for everyone.
Two outdoor spaces:
Grab the Island breezes from an outdoor deck just off the dining room with stairs leading down to a Tiki Bar with outdoor seating and outdoor shower.
Garage & Flex Room:
The garage features an electric car charger and access to a separate office/bonus room, which is only accessible through the garage. This versatile space includes a wall-mounted TV, a full sofa bed, a console desk and its own full ensuite bathroom (bathroom #3)—perfect as a quiet retreat.
