You will have private access to the entire home and all its amenities. This includes the two porches, the yard, and the private beach access path. For your convenience, entry is via self check-in. We provide all necessary linens, towels, starter paper products, and bath amenities for your stay.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is very quiet and one of the most peaceful streets on the island yet only a 5-minute walk to the beach. The IOP recreational department with free tennis courts, basketball courts, a soccer pitch, a big kids playground and a dog park is. short walk away. There is a Harris Teeter grocery store, lots of restaurants and a handful of shops on the island as well as Wild Dunes Resort with two golf courses, the Marina and boat ramp. Sullivans Island is just a 10 minute drive with Fort Moultrie and great restaurants. Take the connector over to Mount Pleasant for a stroll on Pitt Street Bridge and amazing views of the Charleston Harbor and Inter-coastal waterway. Paddle board with Dolphins at Shem Creek or head on over the Cooper River bridge for historical walking tours, carriage rides, local markets, boutique shopping and all the amazing restaurants on offer in downtown Charleston

There is driveway parking that can fit 6 vehicles max, city rule based on bedroom count.



Golf Cart Rentals are very popular on the Island and you can use them to go to the grocery store, restaurants, and beach access. The Island speed limit is 25 MPH and strictly enforced so slowing down and getting into the Island groove is easy!
