The unit needs a deep cleaning especially behind the furniture. The sheets need to be updated and there is a very strong smell coming from the kitchen area. There wasn’t any soap for the showers and the hand soap in the primary bathroom had been watered down.

Everything was as pictured.. beach close. My only issue was the odor from the wash machine. We did let them so hopefully all was well after we left. Communication was great w rental agency.

What a Great Location

First the 22 Lagoon Villa is gorgeous. Everything you need is there. The owners answered all my questions and gave me the info I needed to rent beach chairs and umbrella. Which you're going to need that sun is hot. The beach is a quick walk down the road and the pool is one building away. We had a super time cant wait to go back.

Very cozy and clean home away from home

Nicely decorated, excellent appliances and all 3 TVs were high quality smart TVs. Very comfy beds and spacious living room. Beautiful views from the back porches. Short walk to the beach and the wild dunes community is very well cared for and safe. Great value for the price.
