- Guests of Happy Hours may access The Moorings community pool. Just take the exterior staircase from the screened porch down to the gated community pool area.

Historic downtown Charleston is also just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy award-winning restaurants, shopping, and historic sightseeing before returning to your peaceful island retreat.

Guests enter Happy Hours by taking the building's elevator (or the community staircase) to the 1st floor and entering the front door of the home (Unit 503). When you enter the front door, you will find an entryway that connects to the kitchen, dining area and living room. The primary suite, guest bedroom and hallway bathroom are accessible from the kitchen and dining area. There is a laundry closet off of the kitchen. The screened porch is accessible from both the living room and the primary suite.

Isle of Palms will be conducting minor beach replenishment in 2026. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site.

Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.
