This condo was the worst I’ve ever experienced. We didn’t have a working refrigerator and freezer, just a small compact one. We lost over half of our groceries. The elevators were out of order the entire week and I never saw anyone working on them. I had to have maintenance come out twice because the hot water heater was turned to scalding hot. The resort manager would not bring us an additional fridge because we already had one. I asked for money off the condo and they would only give me credit in a future stay. The owner of this condo should have made things right be refunding part of our stay. Ask yourself after driving 13 hours with a family of four would you like the size of a dorm fridge and freezer for a week?! I would not recommend this condo if it were free.

Summerhouse 208

The condo was decent and the location was nice. Parking can be challenging. Cable and internet bill wasn’t paid by the owner and this was reported at 8:50 a.m. and not resolved until close to 10 p.m. that night after calls/messaging to owner (who actually said he would address it the next morning - but eventually got to paying his bill) and property management. Remote work unable to be completed and kids unable to watch tv or use internet during our planned relax day.
