This was the perfect spot for a quick springtime getaway. The property is clean, and easy to locate. It felt very safe and quiet. It was too chilly to use the pool, but the facilities looked nice. The private pier and beach access were wonderful and felt very safe with kiddos. Walkable to many shops, restaurants and grocery store. We would absolutely stay here again. Nikki is a fantastic host.

Great spot to enjoy IOP and the greater Charleston area. Room was perfect for family of 4 with 2 younger kids. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need and quick walk to grocery store. Love the easy beach access and pier to enjoy the sunrise/sunset. Everything was clean and ready for us and overall made for a great trip.

Sea Cabin137 was very convenient to ocean and all amenities. Would recommend for a couple’s retreat or someone with small children. It is a very small condo and the comfort of the sofa bed was pretty typical of most, therefore, more than a two night stay would not have worked for my trip. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Small touches made it feel like a home. I booked it last minute for a girl’s trip and paid more than I would have preferred, but it is peak season. I would be willing to visit again when rates drop. Communication with host was consistent and informative.

Ocean Views

This property provided easy access to beach, pier, and pool. It was as advertised, very clean, and efficient use of space. The location affords lots of walking opportunities for shopping and dining. We stayed off season and did not have issues with noise or crowded conditions. Would recommend.

Winter beach get away

This was perfect for our small family (myself, husband and our teen daughter). It was extremely clean, and cozy, and Nikki was a great communicator with us before and during our trip. Check in was a breeze. We loved the location on the ocean and walking distance to restaurants. I would definitely recommend Sea Cabin 137 C and will absolutely be returning.
