Our unit did not have heat or air. Air didn't matter because it was cold but it was in the 40's in the morning and we had no heat. I called the bed covers "paper towels" because that's how thin they were. No one except maybe 5 year olds and below could sleep on the bunk beds. Hot water didn't last very long. The location was great and it was a good value for the price being ocean front. Also, the code for the door did not work. But a maintenance man was working on the air and he gave us his code. Only one of us could open the door. Someone should have put us in another room from the start (which the maintenance man said might happen) but we never saw him or anyone else again).
