Barbara greeted us with her friend who helped translate and explain all the amenities of her property. The pictures don’t do it justice as the place is even more intriguing and beautiful. Her husband also helped us get the tv working while we were at dinner so we could watch the final game of the World Cup. They offered great local suggestions of a restaurant by the castle and other local highlights in nearby towns. The pool was so refreshing the next day. They partner with various restaurants to get discounts and reservations. Next time I would like to stay longer than 2 nights.
