CASA ULISSE – SANTA MARIA DEL FOCALLO
Casa Ulisse, a beautiful sea front modern house, is located near the small town of Santa Maria del Focallo. The house is ideal for a small family with children or a group of friends for the perfect seaside getaway. It offers beautiful sea views from the terrace and direct access to the sea. Developing all on one level, the villa offers a small garden with fruit trees, aromatic plants and large terraces. The property, which has undergone recent renovation, features a cosy interior furnished with taste and functionality in mind. From here, you can easily explore the Baroque towns of Modica, Scicli, Ragusa and Noto.
The house develops over one level.
Inside, we find a bright living room with large French doors that open onto the terrace, sofas, TV and table with chairs area. There is a modern, separate kitchen with dining area that and French doors that open to the terrace.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one separate bathroom with shower. There is also a laundry room.
Outside, we find large furnished terraces and stairs that lead up to the roof area, equipped with sun lounges.
