Set in the heart of the Val di Noto, you can spend your days exploring beautiful historic towns including Modica and the charming coastal town of Marzamemi. Back at the villa, you’ll have a lovely lawned garden to enjoy plus fresh, modern interiors. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

A stone’s throw from the golden coastline, Villa Indaco is a great base for those looking to frequent the beach. The long stretch of sandy shores are backed by dunes and is dotted with lidos for sunbed hire and a few restaurants that offer views out to sea. Head to the historical UNESCO town of Ragusa Ibla 45 minutes' drive away, or explore some of the region's other celebrated Baroque towns including Noto, Scicli and Modica, all reachable within a 35 minute drive. Each offers stunning architecture, plenty of shopping and a taste of Sicilian dining. A must see on your Sicilian itinerary, take a daytrip to Siracusa and explore Ortigia for historical sites, as well as bustling streets brimming with eateries.

Der erste Eindruck täuscht

Contra:Leider war die Küche super dreckig, Gefrierschrank habe ich erstmal abgetaut und sauber gemacht, Teller waren nur teilweise da, etc. Modergeruch im Haus.dusche 1,70mDie Matratze im „Elternschlafzimmer“ ist ein Brett, da kann man auch am Boden schlafen. In der Ortschaft, wo das Haus steht ist nichts rundrum-man muss für Supermärkte oder Bäcker immer das Auto nehmen.Trotz Nachfrage, vor unserer Anreise, ob es eine Beschattung gibt und wir einen Sonnenschirm bekommen könnten und das beneint wurde, mussten wir uns zwei kaufen. In der Früh kann man sonst nicht draußen essen und am Pool, vorallem mit Kindern braucht man das.Tierquälerei beim Nachbarn. Direkt am nachbarszaun, gibt es einen Hundezwinger, wo ein armer Labrador den ganzen Tag in der vollen Hitze leben muss. Er hat eine kaputte Hundehütte, sonst aber keinen Schattenplatz. Wir haben dem armen Tier Wasser und fressen gegeben, absolut Furchtbar. Das Tier wurde nur ein paar mal Mittag raus genommen, wir haben aber nie jemanden gesehen, den man auf diese Grautat ansprechen konnte, der Zwinger war dann einfach für ein paar Stunden leer.(Allgemein viel Hundegebell in der Nachbarschaft) Wir waren 10 Tage da. Der Pool wurde einmal „gereinigt“ was der Poolboy sich auch hätte sparen können, da Sand oä danach immer noch im Pool war. Unsere BettwäscheHandtücher wurden auch einmal gewechselt.Pro:- Strand ist wirklich nur 2 min weg - hat einen Parkplatz vor der Türe.- Waschmaschine vorhanden- Klimanalage
