Our house is located in a safe, quiet and quality neighborhood nestled on a hilltop---and yet only 1 mile from the Issaquah Business Corridor, Costco and HQ, PCC, Fred Meyer, Trader Joe's, movie theaters, and various restaurants and bars and the famous century-old butcher shop. Award winning Issaquah school district. Five minutes to Lake Sammamish State Park and soccer fields; Seattle Paragliding (4.4 miles) 13 mins. Bellevue College 11 minutes, Microsoft Redmond Campus (10.1 miles) 16 minutes, Amazon Bellevue office 18 minutes, Microsoft Technology Centers (16 miles) 17 minutes. 20 minutes to Snoqualmie Falls, 37 minutes to Snoqualmie Pass, 5 minutes to EXIT I 90 15 (1.8 miles), 27 minutes to Sea Tac Airport (21.1 miles).
