I never come back to this hotel . It is nothing like to the photos. So poor service. First night the air conditioner was not working slept in hot all night sweating. The room not clean at all . The bedding full of stains . I will not advice this hotel to anyone . With all respect true opinion.

Poor communication between ebookers and hotel

Location: Good location in old town area
The scores would be higher only: the hotel website states all rooms are inclusive of breakfast, I had this confirmed by ebookers on a live chat. On arriving they told me that breakfast isn't included and required €7 for coffee bread, cheese and cold meat. I tried to email ebookers 3 times on two different support addresses and all were returned with server faults. Hotel would not contact ebooker either. Not a happy guest. Will not be using on my return trip. I would still like a response from ebookers. David

good location for sight seeing.

friendly and attentive staff, clean hotel, good value for money, close to all the major sights and town, all within walking distance if you can walk for an hour or two. basic breakfast not bad if you don't expect full English. a little bit of train rumble noise once or twice at night as hotel is near the railway line. hotel is being extended, looking outside the window from our room all we saw was building sight and train track. good over all if you don't expect 5 star hotel.

Good value hotel

This hotel is well situated and all the main sites of the Sultanamet can be reached in 10mins walk. The rooms are comfortable and warm (travelling in Feb). I upgraded my room to the "Suit" which was a large spacious room next to the roof terrace with en suit, internet facilities and a fantastic view of the Bosphoros and Blue Mosque. My room was cleaned every day, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Room service was available and the Hotel staff are friendly and make you feel very welcome. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choices. I would return to the Antis Hotel if visiting Istanbul again.

It shouldn't be 4 Star it is 2 Star

we arrived to a narrow roads , a small hotel next to a mosqe and the bed rooms windows on the railway. We left the hotel after 2 nights without a refund.... it is good for a 2 star hotel but never 4 Star

Die Lage ist perfekt. Sauberkeit sehr mangelhaft vorallem das Bad. Der Duschkopf war kaput, wasser kam aus allen ecken raus .

nie wieder

wir haben in diesem hotel 4 tage übernachtet. die lage ist gut. Aber sonst war das ein albtraum. Ich galube wir waren die einzigen gäste im hotel. Hinterm hotel fährt immer ein zug vorbei, wo das immer zu hören ist. Insekten, schimmel, abgelaufene produkte waren nicht zu übersehen. Usw. Empfehle ich überhaupt nicht. NIE WIEDER .....
