Convenient to Bilgi University and the T5 tram across the street. Very friendly staff and responsive to requests for getting transportation to the airport. Breakfast did not start until 9 AM which was inconvenient if you're attending early events. Located on very busy street which was noisy most of the day and night.

Everyone is helpful. The rooms are very clean and the bed sheets are always scented and fresh. The receptionist always ready for any questions.
