As a solo traveller, I stayed in economy single room. Overall stay was ok. I liked the decor and rooms were clean. The only thing that let me down was the noise outside my room starting early morning (cleaning, hoover etc) until late afternoon and I could hear guests using the bathroom next door.

This hotel is located in the historic center of Istanbul, the old town. Grand Bazaar with the column of Constantine (328 AD) are located in two minutes of walking. But the streets are super busy of course. It is a great cultural experience if you want an authentic atmosphere. If you wanted something quiet and peaceful the downtown area is not for you. Our host Nadim was super helpful and professional. He arranged the room for us that we liked. Hospitality and the service was overall great. Just make sure to communicate with the staff and they'll try their best to give you a pleasant experience during your stay. The breakfast is a traditional Turkish one, served every morning.
