As a Canadian visitor, I found this hotel to be exceptional in every aspect, ranking among the finest establishments I have ever experienced. The staff, location, and breakfast were all outstanding. Amazing stay at this beautiful hotel . The location was perfect. Walking distance to many sights . Breakfast was wonderful and the staff is fantastic. From the check in, to the restaurant, to the spotless room, nothing but perfection ! The staff went out of their way to help us feel comfortable and accommodated everything we asked for . The room was clean and the bed was comfortable (although the waterproof mattress pad was not comfortable!). Great staff, very helpful. Very nice breakfast, and housekeeping was also good. I thought it would be more quiet at night but if you’re on the street side, there is noisy traffic all night so I recommend asking for a room on the side of the hotel away from the street.

We had a great stay. Clean hotel and walking distance from many of the tourist attractions. The staff very cordial and extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Will stay there again in future.

The location was excellent and staff helpful. The ‘superior’ room allocated for our 4 night stay (211) was very small with room for only 1 armchair. After the first night we questioned the room category and were moved to a ‘more superior’ room (315) which matched the photos listed and was as we expected when we booked. Bathroom noises can be heard from next room but we have no hesitation recommending and would not hesitate to stay again.

A fab hotel, in a great location walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque and Haggia Sophia and other significant sites and tram line. A great neighbourhood to wander around and grab Turkish tea and coffee and all other Turkish treats. The hotel staff provided a lovely welcome, and were super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lovely vibe, rooms were great and whole place and is spotless! Would return. Highly recommend.
