Best Customer Service

We are a family of 2 adults and two teenage kids. The hotel was in the old city, very near hardly few minutes from grand bazar and around 5-7minutes from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and the Cistern. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and hlepful. Both Shahnawaz and Burhan went over and above to support our trip. They accomodated last minute changes and helped us in making a plan to see various sites in Istanbul and around. I highly recommend the hotel specially due to the extraordinary service of Shahnawaz and Burhan.

Ideal location in Sultanahmet

This was the perfect spot to stay in Sultanahmet. A short walk to both the blue mosque or the grand bazaar and only 1 min walk to a tram stop it gives you already access to all the main tourist spots in Sultanahmet. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful and upgraded us to joining rooms which was much appreciated. The best thing about the hotel was the room sizes which were huge by Istanbul standards. I’ve been to Istanbul many times and this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in!

Amazing meal experience

The best breakfast buffet I have ever had. The restaurant is very affordable and offers delicious food. The downside is the poor soundproofing in the rooms, which is typical of all the hotels I have stayed in Istanbul before. I did not sleep for two nights because of the very active neighbors next door. The staff is very helpful. Location is perfect and within 5-7 min walk to all keypoints

A gem of a hotel

The best experience! Stayed 4 days during our Istanbul trip. Cannot say enough great things about our experience. The reception staf (day and evening) are absolute superstars, they are personable, friendly, have the best customer service skills. They are accommodating and give recommendations to activities around town and things to see. They will arrange it for you and book transportation. Rooms were clean and comfortable, cleaning done daily. The hotel is located within walking distance to everything. Breakfast had such a variety of options and always fresh. I can go on, but with my frequent travels, this was a gem, and the staff make this stay unforgettable.
