It is in a very busy location. There is nice cafe under the hotel. The staff is very kind but although a paid for a room for three people, the third bad was not prepared. I asked the bellboy to send someone to make the bad, he said someone will come shortly. Noone came for half an hour and we left. We called the reception on our way back and finally it got made.

Crowne Plaza Istanbul Ortakoy has to be one of the best places to stay within a fair price range. The location, quality of rooms and fittings, the customer service and the amenities were perfect. Literally have 2 coffee shops at the front door and short walk to restaurants and ferry.

Perfectly located

The hotel is perfectly located in the city, close to charming waterfront restaurants and nestled among the many small streets. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel was wonderfully quiet, and we slept very well in the beds. On the rooftop, there’s a lovely restaurant with a stunning view of the bridge. This is also where breakfast is served, and the waiter Yalgin makes sure you have everything you need.
